Mallory Hess, Chief Legal Officer

Mallory joined the Omega family in 2018 as General Counsel, overseeing Omega’s global legal affairs and risk management program. Previously, Mallory served as Assistant General Counsel for one of the nation’s largest public healthcare systems with a focus on managed care, corporate governance, and commercial transactions.

Mallory is a summa cum laude graduate of the University of Miami School of Law, where she was an editor for the University of Miami Law Review and a teaching assistant in contracts and constitutional law. Following law school, Mallory was a litigator for a prestigious South Florida law firm, specializing in complex insurance recovery and provider reimbursement disputes.
