Terri comes with over 25 years of experience in the healthcare industry spread across home health, outpatient, ambulatory surgery centers, anesthesiology, and radiology environments. Her specific areas of expertise are revenue cycle management, practice operational assessments, managed care contract negotiations, as well as practice mergers and acquisitions. She also has an extensive background in third party payer reimbursement.

Prior to joining Omega, Terri has spent a considerable amount of time working with a private equity backed management company focused on acquiring and consolidating ophthalmologic and optometric practices with ambulatory surgery centers. Restructuring and integrating practices into the same infrastructure has been the latest focus in her career. Terri has a solid understanding of all aspects of revenue cycle management with a focus on best practices and expected outcomes to bring and show value at the client level, which comes from spending a considerable amount of time in managing all billing processes resulting in improved savings and process improvements for the clients she has managed.
