Tami has 35 years of experience and proven success in the managed healthcare and insurance industry, as well as private consulting. Her most recent focus has been in the areas of operational process improvements and new client, product and/or program implementations.

Her expertise in Client Relations, Customer and Provider Relations and Network Development have contributed toward her strong ability to identify and document operational opportunities for improvement, creative problem resolution, and promote effective relationships with both internal and external customers. Her operational expertise and strong leadership abilities have enabled her to work with cross-functional units to successfully facilitate and lead new client, product and/or program implementations from start to launch.
